On our personalised products we offer artwork proofs which are essentially a mockup of your customisations so you can see what it will look like before we despatch it. We email these to you so be sure to check your inbox (takes up to 24 hours Mon-Fri, but usually a lot quicker than this!).

After receiving the proof you can make as many changes as you want, say you wanted a different colour on a particular part of the text or even completely change to wedding date line to a special message, it's up to you!
We do strongly recommend that you pick this option if you wanted to create a bespoke print/make changes to the original design. Whats more, we only charge $1 for this service.
No, all of your sheet music prints use the actual sheet music of the song you have chosen. By default we use the first page as normally each song is at least 5 pages long, if you have a preference of a particular part of the song such as the chorus just let us know promptly by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or add it to the order notes at checkout.

Please ensure when choosing a song that it is not a guitar only song, these would need to be transposed to get the melody. We are not able to provide this service for you, however, we have transposed some of the more popular songs so be sure to message us on live chat or send an email to email@example.com just to double check with us if your song is available.
On all of our personalised products these are the products starting with the word "Personalised" in the product title we have a selection of option boxes that allow you to customise the text/images of the print. Refer to the product images and description for which elements you can personalise here.
All of our prints are made in-house, so we can actually personalise any of our products for you. Be sure to live chat or email us first (firstname.lastname@example.org) to go through which customisations you wish to make.
You may have noticed when selecting the proof required option that it mentions your delivery date will be affected. What we mean by this is the proof required option allows you, the customer, to make changes to the print and so, we will not be able to despatch your order until we receive confirmation from you that you are happy to proceed.
We will initially send you an email with your proof artwork within 24hours Mon - Fri (we do normally work weekends and evenings so you might receive it then!) Once you receive your proof you are able to reply with any changes you want to make, if you are happy just reply and let us know to go ahead with it. We will then print and ship your order.
Delivery times are also dependant on which shipping option you chose at checkout.
Please note that our shipping cut off time is midday in order for us to get orders packaged and ready for the postman. So if you respond to the proof after this time, it may not be despatched until the next working day.
On every product page we give the estimated delivery date depending on the shipping option you choose. This does also depend if you have chosen Proof Required when you ordered, if this is the case, we will only ship your order once we receive approval confirmation from you.
Please note the estimated delivery dates on the product pages update throughout the day so might not be accurate if you looked after or before ordering.
We don't send our print only's in tubes like other companies because this always ruins the paper and makes it almost impossible to place correctly in a frame afterwards. Nor would we be able to bend our thick paper as we using 320gsm weight paper which far exceeds our competitors.
We therefore, send all our print only's flat within strong, rigid, tried and tested packaging to prevent bending during transport - this includes all sizes even A2! This is completely unique to Blim & Blum.
