We are continually checking with our couriers for updates to their delivery services/transit times. Sometimes these change hourly and will be providing relevant updates for Australia below including any steps we have taken. As a result delivery times can change even after order but will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. For time sensitive orders that need to be delivered by a certain date, message us for further options.

Current Average Delivery Times Australia

These are not guarantees but based on averages from the last 1-2 weeks. Remote/regional areas can be longer. These times include processing your order (opting for a proof will add a delay)

Express Shipping 5-8 business days

Standard/Free Shipping 12-14 business days

Opting for a proof will affect these delivery times as we will not be able to send your order out until we receive confirmation and also adds to processing time.

Shipping to Melbourne and surrounding areas returns to normal

Due to the recent changes to the lockdown in Melbourne, shipping times are returning to normal.

Stage 4 lockdown restrictions now in place are likely to have an increased delay on shipments to Melbourne and the Victoria region. This is as a result of additional flight/processing delays. This affects both standard and express shipping options.

Overs $100 and over are now shipped via courier for free!

To help minimise delays we are now sending our standard shipping orders $100 and over via courier and this is completely free. It is not a substitute for our Express Shipping option as is a different shipping service. We ran a few tests late June/early July and have had great results - this does not apply to orders under $100 or remote/regional areas.

Shipping To Melbourne and surrounding areas impacted

Due to the due stage 3 restrictions imposed on the Melbourne metropolitan area this has slightly increased transit times to Melbourne as well as surrounding areas in Victoria. This is as a result of additional flight delays in the region.

Free/Standard and Express Shipping returning back to normal

Shipping services with all couriers/postal services have resumed and all parts of Australia have improved shipping times.

Shipping services with all couriers/postal services have resumed and all parts of Australia have improved shipping times. However, areas including and surrounding Perth/Melbourne are still being impacted by slightly longer shipping times. Do also expect delays to remote/regional areas

Free Shipping - Tracking Updating Issues

This affects our free shipping option. We are noticing intermittent delays to some tracking on shipments generally so tracking may not update for a little longer than usual. Still on average shipping times are 12-15 business days

The Sydney mail depot which serves surrounding areas also is experiencing increased delays which is affecting delivery times of about 24-72hrs. Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth areas do not seem to be impacted in this way. All our shipments are fully tracked so are continually monitoring for changes.

Express Shipping - Melbourne & Perth areas

Both DHL and Fedex have revised their remote/regional delivery areas. Some outer city areas are now being included as remote areas which can increase shipping times slightly. We have noticed this in Melbourne and Perth. CBD and inner city postcodes are unchanged - message us for information

Delivery Updates

We have slightly revised our delivery estimates for both free shipping and express to be more inline with recent changes.

Express Shipping +2-3 business days (now 4-8 business days) Free Shipping +4 business days (now 12-15 business days). The changes have be updated on our Product pages for the delivery date estimator. These are based on average shipping times and do not include remote/regional areas or if a proof has been chosen.

Fedex Express service is delivering at quicker rates compared to DHL Express for certain areas so will be using this service depending on your delivery postcode.

Fedex are no longer providing an Economy service for Australia, we cannot use this for our Free Shipping option anymore. We have negotiated an alternative service specifically catered to our Free Shipping option - additional 3 business days has been added to the ETA just in case as per the first point, although this is currently showing a similar delivery time as before. We will not be able to use this new service for remote/regional areas, these will continue to be delivered using the postal service.

Delivery Updates

We have partnered with Fedex and will be shipping all orders made with our Free Shipping option using their Economy service, the delivery times will still be longer than our Express Option so best to choose this if your shipment is urgent as this step is purely to minimise any delays. We have taken this step due to them being a reliable global courier and want to ensure we are still providing a top delivery service to our customers. We are not changing any of our pricing or charging for this service, we are bearing this cost (we are unable to use this shipping type for Regional/Remote areas so will continue to use the Royal Mail/Auspost for these areas, shipping times to these regions are largely unaffected as they do naturally carry a delay)

Our express shipments will continue to be shipped with DHL Express which is currently running an excellent service for Australia but has advised of delays up to 72hrs currently. Delivery guarantee has been removed by the courier and as a result we can no longer guarantee a specific day of delivery. We are constantly monitoring the delivery times so will be providing updates should they change.

All shipments are estimates and are based on our current average shipping time - this does change sometimes by hour so to keep up we ask that you please allow an additional 24-74hrs onto of our estimates

All of our shipments are tracked as standard whether they are on the Free Shipping option or Express option - therefore can be fully monitored from start to finish (partial tracking for remote/regional shipments)

We are only using reputable carriers so you can be rest-assured (DHL Express, Fedex and Auspost)

All our products are sent from our studio in UK and the estimated delivery date is displayed on every product page just above the add to cart button.

Returns and Exchanges

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
  • Please email us if you have a problem and we may be able to rectify it
  • Personalised products cannot be returned/refunded unless there is a fault
