(Updated 30th March 2020) - Measures we have taken to minimise delays with shipments as a result of COVID-19

  • > We have partnered with Fedex and will be shipping all orders made with our Free Shipping option using their Economy service, the delivery times will still be longer than our Express Option so best to choose this if your shipment is urgent as this step is purely to minimise any delays. We have taken this step due to them being a reliable global courier and want to ensure we are still providing a top delivery service to our customers. We are not changing any of our pricing or charging for this service, we are bearing this cost (we are unable to use this shipping type for Regional/Remote areas so will continue to use the Royal Mail/Auspost for these areas, shipping times to these regions are largely unaffected as they do naturally carry a delay)
  • > Our express shipments will continue to be shipped with DHL Express which is currently running an excellent service for Australia
  • > All shipments are estimates and are based on our current average shipping time - this does change sometimes by hour so to keep up we ask that you please allow an additional 24-74hrs onto of our estimates
  • > All of our shipments are tracked as standard whether they are on the Free Shipping option or Express option - therefore can be fully monitored from start to finish (partial tracking for remote/regional shipments)
  • > We are only using reputable carriers so you can be rest-assured (DHL Express, Fedex and Auspost)

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

    You will receive an order confirmation email after ordering which will include a summary of your purchase(s) and of the information you entered at checkout. Please do ensure that you type your email address in correctly otherwise you will not get this confirmation. If you notice that you have incorrectly typed in your email address please email us with the time you placed the order and your name so that we can locate your order.

    All our products are sent from our studio in UK and the estimated delivery date is displayed on every product page just above the add to cart button.

    Returns and Exchanges

    There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

    • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
    • Please email us if you have a problem and we may be able to rectify it
    • Personalised products cannot be returned/refunded unless there is a fault
