Opting for proof required option will affect these delivery times as we will not  send your order out until we receive approval from you.

The delivery estimates on this page and at the top of the product pages also take these into account and update automatically. If you have already placed an order, the estimated delivery date will be noted on your order confirmation email or alternatively contact us.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email after ordering which will include a summary of your purchase(s) and of the information you entered at checkout. Please do ensure that you type your email address in correctly otherwise you will not get this confirmation. If you notice that you have incorrectly typed in your email address please email us with the time you placed the order and your name so that we can locate your order.

Returns and Exchanges

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
  • Please email us if you have a problem and we may be able to rectify it
  • Personalised products cannot be returned/refunded unless there is a fault
