Ordered a last minute gift, days before Christmas, it arrived in express post, with time to spare! The onsite team were available via email to reassure me the product would make it in time and on arrival, all the family have commented on how lovely the print is, and on the gorgeous quality of the frame! Generally I would never be somebody to leave a negative review because I don’t agree with putting companies into disrepute unnecessarily. However, I ordered a personalised record print from Blim & Blum as a Christmas present. It arrived wrong. I send multiple emails and a message on Instagram and haven’t even had an acknowledgement, I now don’t have the present I was hoping to give to my dad.
Pretty disappointing service from them. I ordered my product in September. It was lost in transit apparently. I was told a new one was going to be made and expressed to me, but that was over 2 weeks ago and I’ve had no updates.
Both my children got married this year so wanted the lyrics from their first dances along with their photos. They haven't got them yet as they are Christmas presents but I'm sure they will love them. I ordered one with an black ash frame and one with an oak frame. It was easy to upload the photos too. Very pleased eith yhe finished items..
